What we collect and why
When you send the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email, city, service needed and comments. We use it to answer your request and to schedule radon services. We do not collect payment details on this site.
How we share it
We share your request only with the people who work on it. We do not sell it. Calls to our phone number may be tracked and recorded so we can measure which pages lead to calls and train our team. Tell us at the start of a call if you do not want to be recorded.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. You can also say stop to any text or call message.
Nebraska and Iowa notes
Radon work is regulated in both states. In Nebraska, radon measurement and mitigation for pay require a state license under the Radiation Control Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-3507). Licensed businesses report jobs to the state, so job records are kept for the state program. In Iowa, radon mitigation specialists must hold an Iowa credential (IAC 641-44). Nebraska sellers must also give buyers a written disclosure that covers what they know about radon (Nebraska Real Estate Commission). We may keep test results and job records for these reasons.
